One long, low pavilion whose pool edge reads as part of the pond.
A long, gently falling lot ends at a spring-fed pond. Rather than climb above it, the house stays low: a single white pavilion laid along the contour, glazed on every side that faces the water.
Arrival is at the high end, behind a solid wall. The plan then runs in one line toward the water: entry, family room, kitchen, and a tall gathering room at the far end.
Concrete walls face the neighbors and full glass faces the pond, so privacy and view come from the same move. A deep roof plane shades the glass through the summer.
The pool runs the full length of the terrace with an infinity edge toward the pond, so from the main room the water seems to come right up to the house.
